- Step (5): Once received your payment, Fashion4us will immediately arrange and send out your goods.

- Step (2): Product arrangement - 1-2 working days needed for quality check and packaging. This applies for for most products - please look at each item detail to see final shipping time.
- Step (3): Shipment sent out via DHL, EMS, or your own way.

All Fashion4us products are original products with original tags&labels directly from factories like Loyer, Vivicam, etc. We can accept sample orders less than 12pcs (an extra charge of $2/pc applied) in order to try out product quality as well as service.

It is usually 24 hours after you receive your tracking number, You will be able to track your order online at DHL, or EMS. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 3-4 days of the shipped date. All other destination will usually be delivered within 3-6 days of the shipped date.

We have listed the shipping cost to all countries. Estimated weight of summer items are 0.3k, winter items are 0.6-1k. You can have a rough idea of how much shipping cost would be. You will see the accurate shipping cost upon checking out your order before payment time.

Yes, we will charge you extra $2 /s pcs for less than 12 pcs (12 pcs of any mix. No restriction at all). However, we will inform you by email first to let you know. From there, you can have choices of to add more items to your order, or to accept the extra charge by natural.

The shipping cost we provide to our customers is 40% less than EMS's official shipping cost. After you get our EMS tracking number, you can track online in 24hour. The reason is we use EMS's top express service for reliability, safety and speed.

Yes, we ship internationally to every country to where EMS and DHL can deliver, which ranges about 200 countries world wide or so. Please read question 10. above to understand our stand in shipping.
We update our online catalog every day for new styles. We aim to improve this rate as much as possible to serve you better.
Our office is located in USA, China, and Taiwan. Our warehouses is located in Shenzhen, China and Taipei, Taiwan - a very famous city for clothing designing and manufacturing. For now, all our goods are sent directly from Asia - China and Taiwan. We currently do not allow to vist warehouses for security reason, but we can welcome video voice discussion for any party that interested.
Yes, we can produce the clothes per your designs. While the MOQ is 100pc per style per color. For further information please kindly talk with our sale representatives.
Before payment, you are free to modify your shoppng cart as we have provided all facility for doing that. After payment, but before processing, it is still allowable but you need to contact our sale representatives in time. However, as order was already processed and sent, we can not modify due to the complexity of our accounting system and supplier arrangement.
We accept returns for exchange or refund request for the following reasons: 1. Shipping errors 2. Damaged goods. We do not accept returns like personal resons; such as, size, look, material, etc
Usually we will try our best to avoid the tax for our clients. Different countries have different policies. Sometimes it is even random for one country. Hence, we can not provide 100% accurate rule for every country though we reinforce our knowledge very often on country rules. As of that result, it is advised a customer should make attempt to understand their own country's import policy to amend for what we're missing. Remember we will make every attempt to reduce costs for you. If you would like to ship your order in such a way that minimizes your expense, please do not hesitate to tell us.

Yes, we can apply the Certificate of Origin (CO) for you. Though It might it takes us some trips and time to apply, but we will provide free charge of travel cost. For the CO specifically, the authority office charges $25.00.
No, you don't need Export Lcense because new rule said all countries in the world importing clothes from china do not need to offer the Export License. They only need to provide CO of the cost at US$25. This new trade policy started since 2009.
You can pay directly via Google or Paypal. If you want to pay other ways; such as, Western Union, Bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Both of them are acceptable methods by us - please kindly contact us for further information.
"Free" size means fit for standard body to wear. In general, it fits for bust 32-34(82cm-87cm).
