Addition Fee is comprised of two parts: Certificate of Origin (CO) and Wholesale Policy Charge

1 - Certificate of Origin (CO):

  - Description: 99.99% of the times you do not need CO, especially for orders having less than hundreds of pcs. Please check with local post office to make sure. This authority's fee applies if your country required CO for importing goods.

  - Amount: $25.00

  - Where to change: This fee can be change upon clicking on check out button.

2 - Wholesale Policy Charge:

  - Description: We are wholesale supplier. The minimum order quanity on our site is 12pcs/order - any style, color, quantity. If your order is less than 12pcs, we will consider it as a sample order. As such, an additional charge will apply for $2.00/pc.

  - Amount: $2.00/pc

  - Where to change: This fee can be adjusted automatically when adding more or less items into shopping cart.

As you can see, sometimes your order could not fulfill due to unexpected events; such as, out-of-stock items, order cancellation, item exchange, etc. In such cases, we do not want you to go through the hassle of Third Party Merchants like Paypal, GoogleCheckout, etc.

Based on that, we derived a virtual credit system in which your payment amount will be retained on our site for future purchases. The system interface is completely automatic, fully controllable, easier to use, and above-all flexible enough for you to enjoy fashion with more confidence.

To receive Fashion4US credits - credits are usually granted but not limited to refund of order cancellation, item exchange, out-of-stock products, etc. Though from times times, we offer many promotions programs in which wholesalers receive alot of extra credits. To release your store credit used on a create-status order. Just simply go to Account Management / Order History and click on Cancel button on that order.
