Shoo, a former member of the popular 90s girl band S.E.S., confirmed yesterday rumors that she is pregnant.

"I cried looking at the sonogram of the baby with Hyo-sung because I was so happy," Shoo said.

Shoo is engaged to KBL star Lim Hyo-sung. The two first met in 2008 through Eugene, a fellow S.E.S. member, and the couple is set to tie the knot in April later this year.

Shu had been rumored to be 10 weeks into her pregnancy.

Earlier in the month, Shoo released her first solo album, eight years after S.E.S. disbanded. Since the band broke up, Shoo has been active as a musical actress both at home and in Japan where she was born.

S.E.S. is a trio formed in 1997 with Eugene and Sea being the other members. It is considered one of the nation's first highly successful idol groups. Shoo's real name is Yoo Soo-young but she is better known by her Japanese name Shoo.
